Perfect dish with your favorite California red wine or cold beer. You also might want to eat white steamed rice with this dish. Sauté with sesame oil just for surface to get its sesame oil fragrance into pork. Boil with Chinese Cooking Wine for 30-40 mins, slices of ginger, garlic and green onions with medium heat. Add 1 cup of seasoning soy sauce triple strength (“Tsuyuno-moto” or any other similar product such as “Konbu-dashi”) and boil for 20 mins with small heat. Enjoy!
