Pumpkin Cream Soup

FullSizeRender

It is the sign of fall for me when I find good looking pumpkin at the grocery store.

Then this soup is my first dish I make with the pumpkin every year!

Prepare the half of pumpkin and take off all peel ( green peel, don’t buy orange pumpkin for this dish. ) and seeds .

Cut carefully as 1.5 inch size.

Prepare one shallot. Peel it and cut as 0.5 inch size.

Prepare the hot water (4 cups ) in the pot and boil them until they get very soft.

Add 1 big table spoon of concentrate chicken soup stock.

Add 4 cups of milk and an half of heavy cream.

Mix all in your mixer until they will get very smooth.

Taste it to make sure if you need to add some salt.

As you might notice, it’s exactly the same way to make as Cauliflower Cream Soup. You can try with potatoes, with green peas or with corns with this same cooking process as long as you have a great mixer in your kitchen!

It is going to be chilly little by little from now and it is going to be more busy and busy. Please make sure to cook something to provide lots of vitamins with a various of vegetables (not only with supplements). Also soup has some special magic to make your family & friends ‘s heart warm and cozy.

Whatever happens to them during the day, this soup you cook will cure them;)

If you see their smile on them when they eat this soup,  it totally cures us as well!

That’s the joy of cooking. Enjoy!
