Daikon ( Cut as very thin sticks)

Shiso Herb (6 pieces)

Chive (as much as you like)

Sesame Seed (2 teaspoon)

~~Dressing~~

Fresh Olive Oil (4 table-spoon)

Konbu Dashi Soy Sauce (2 table-spoon)

Black pepper

 

Easy, simple and healthy! Also great appetizer with your white wine when you have your company!!

It might be a good idea to have vegetable soup ( * see Yuko’s Kitchen to learn how to make the soup) with this dish to just make your body warmer. It is always nice to have a good balance with food.
